To start using Google Play’s own Google Calendar you need to enter your country and add your country to the Google Play user’s basket.

Note that your account is not updated and must be changed before Google Calendar will be available:

Make another signing in by going to Sign in. Once in, just add the GooglePlay app to your browser, and paste in the following link:

http://go.google.com/analytics/accounts

Once everything has been done, the Google Calendar will appear a bit blank.

If you are now signed in, you now need to turn on the Google Ad Blocker. By default, the Google Play service will be blocked for two reasons: (1) you don’t want to get into a big mess; and (2) your friends on the Google Play app will be unable to use Google Adblocker any more.
